Thank you so much, they are great!
I first spoke to Amy on the phone as she was trying on her wedding dress, “It’s fate”, she said “I need you as the wedding photographer!”.
Now Amy and Richard had a bit of a task on their hands, as in the year preceding their wedding they had to do most of the planning from the Philippines! Well they certainly pulled it off. In the back fields of her parent’s house, they erected a full height marquee, complete with fairy lights and the most amazing foliage as decoration. They even had a mobile gin distillery, “Still On The Move” create their own gin for the day, and had it bottled up for guests to drink. Now that’s what I call a wedding favour!
The absolute highlight for me was the ceremony; a steel drum band played their music; their “hymn” was ‘Falling In Love With You’ by UB40; and I don’t think I have laughed so much during the vows. Not even the on/off torrential rain could dampen the atmosphere here – and we even managed to sneak outside later on in the day for a few shots!
